Job Description :
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
· 4 – 5 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor or a similar role.
· Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
· Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
· Solid understanding of motion graphics and animation techniques.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and video editing.
· Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Graphic Design:
· Develop and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various communication materials, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, banners, brochures, and reports.
· Collaborate with the marketing and program team to conceptualize and create designs that align with the brand’s visual identity and communication objectives.
· Ensure all design assets are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
Video Editing:
· Edit and enhance raw video footage, adding graphics, visual effects, and animations to create professional and engaging videos.
· Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas, ensuring that they align with the brand’s message and target audience.
· Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Creative Ideation:
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design and video editing.
· Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas and suggestions to enhance visual content.
Required Key Skills :
