Job Description :

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Video Editing:
    • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create concise, engaging narratives that communicate complex ideas effectively within 30-60 second videos.
  • Motion Graphics:
    • Experience in animating text, icons, and simple graphics to enhance visual appeal.
  • Marketing Acumen:
    • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience in creating content that appeals to decision-makers like IT managers and business owners.
  • Technical Knowledge (Bonus):
    • Familiarity with telecom, PBX systems, or SaaS products is a plus, particularly understanding features like voicemail-to-email, video conferencing, and call routing.
  • Branding & Consistency:
    • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining consistency in branding across all videos and marketing materials.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting:
    • Ability to write creative scripts, video copies, and marketing content that engages and informs the target audience.
  • Experience Level:
    • Mid-level (5+ years of experience) in video content creation, marketing, or digital production.

  • Video Production & Editing:
    • Create professional, high-quality videos that showcase our product features in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner.
    • Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure smooth transitions, clean cuts, and polished final outputs.
    • Incorporate overlays such as text, logos, and motion graphics into videos.
  • Visual Storytelling:
    • Craft concise and engaging narratives that communicate the key benefits of our services, such as scalability, cost savings, and ease of use, in 30-60 second video segments.
  • Motion Graphics & Animations:
    • Utilize basic motion graphics to animate text, icons, or simple illustrations (e.g., call routing icons or voicemail-to-email graphics).

AI Video Tools:

  • Leverage AI-powered video production tools to streamline the video creation process, enhance creativity, and improve the efficiency of video production.
  • Content Writing & Copywriting:
    • Write engaging, clear, and compelling video scripts and copy that align with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
    • Ensure the messaging is aligned with the target B2B audience and resonates with decision-makers such as IT managers and business owners.
  • Branding Consistency:
    • Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and use of logos/colors.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop video content that supports the overall marketing strategy.
  • Content Scheduling & Deadlines:
    • Deliver 5-6 high-quality videos per month while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
