Job Description :
- 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy, content writing, and optimization for B2B and B2C brands.
- Expertise in AEO, VSO, PAA, and SEO optimization (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create engaging, SEO-friendly content.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, and Clearscope.
- Ability to research, write, and plan content that aligns with user intent, conversion strategies, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and advanced SEO features such as featured snippets and passage indexing.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and HubSpot.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to make minor content and formatting adjustments.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, content funnels, and creating high-converting landing pages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in writing long-form content, whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.
- Knowledge of AI-generated content, AI-assisted workflows, and AI SEO trends.
- Familiarity with mobile SEO, local SEO, and e-commerce SEO.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other teams to implement SEO-driven content strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for B2B and B2C brands to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP intent analysis to optimize content for target audiences.
- Implement advanced SEO techniques like schema markup, structured data, and featured snippets to increase visibility in search engines.
- Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), VSO (Voice Search Optimization), and PAA (People Also Ask) to target specific search queries.
Content Writing & Creation:
- Write SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, service/product pages, eBooks, case studies, and more, tailored for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Ensure all written content aligns with Google’s E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles.
- Write answer-based content optimized for featured snippets, FAQs, and PAA sections to increase the chances of appearing in zero-click searches.
- Create conversational, voice-search optimized content designed for platforms like Google Assistant, Siri, and Alexa.
- Collaborate with other content creators and developers to create content that drives conversions, is user-friendly, and aligns with business goals.
On-Page SEO & Content Optimization:
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, and service pages for SEO, UX, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Incorporate keywords, LSI keywords, NLP-friendly phrasing, and schema markup into content to enhance search engine visibility.
- Regularly update and optimize existing content to improve rankings and engagement.
- Perform A/B testing on headlines, Meta descriptions, and CTAs to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement content strategies based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and search intent.
- Collaborate with the SEO team, marketing, and designers to ensure content aligns with overall SEO strategy.
- Work on content gap analysis and create topic clusters to improve website authority and user engagement.
- Research and identify new content opportunities that align with business goals and SEO priorities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO to track content performance, keyword rankings, and traffic metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering insights into content performance and suggesting optimization opportunities.
- Measure key SEO KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, conversions, bounce rates, page performance) to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Engage in guest posting, digital PR, and content syndication to build backlinks.
- Conduct backlink audits and competitor link analysis to identify opportunities for link acquisition.
