Job Description :

 

  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of proven experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS software solutions.
    • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex software solutions in a simple and understandable way.
    • Strong presentation skills, able to engage and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Understanding of HRMS and Payroll software, or a willingness to quickly learn the product offerings.
    • Basic knowledge of the HR and payroll management processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to identify client pain points and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proactive approach to lead generation and solution selling.
  • Education:
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, large enterprises, and organizations) to sell HRMS & Payroll software solutions.
    • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Develop a solid understanding of client needs and business challenges to tailor software solutions accordingly.
  • Product Presentation & Demos:
    • Conduct product presentations, product demonstrations, and sales calls to prospective clients.
    • Explain the benefits and features of HRMS & Payroll software solutions clearly and effectively.
    • Address client questions and objections and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
    • Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain strong communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating target markets.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and the latest HRMS & Payroll software innovations.
    • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth sales processes and the delivery of optimal customer service.

Required Key Skills :
