Job Description :
- 3+ years of experience growing YouTube channels for SaaS or tech companies.
- Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or similar).
- Ability to convert technical content into engaging visual stories.
- Experience using tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
- Understanding of YouTube monetization and algorithm trends.
- Ability to deliver quality work with fast turnaround times and meet aggressive deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage YouTube content calendar across two brands.
- Script, record (or coordinate), and edit short and long-form video content.
- Optimize videos for search (SEO-friendly titles, tags, descriptions).
- Analyze YouTube metrics and increase subscriber base.
- Ensure video branding aligns with product messaging and audience needs.
- Lead generation through Youtube Ads and organic growth of the brand through various strategies.
